Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All tags and price labels must be attached.
• The product must be in excellent condition without any signs of wear or damage.

Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery cannot be guaranteed for approval.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 96 hours of receiving their order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• All tags and price labels remain attached.
• The product is returned in excellent condition.

Requests submitted after 96 hours from delivery cannot be guaranteed for approval.

Shipping Costs

In cases of return or exchange requested by the customer, shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Any item with removed tags or price labels will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• All items categorized as undergarments (such as tops and bras) are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are not eligible for return.
